Upon purchase, Gumption Audio (the licensor) grants you (the licensee) a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use all or any of the sounds within the collections in accordance with the terms and conditions laid out in this Agreement.


Rights Granted:

• You may use the sounds for your lifetime on an unlimited number of projects.

• You may use the sounds for your personal and commercial projects. No credit required.

• You may synchronise the sounds with audiovisual projects.

 

•You may make one backup copy of the purchased collection.

 

Limitations:

• You may not make copies of individual sounds or collections for other people who have not purchased the product themselves.

•You may not modify any of the individual sounds or collections with intent to claim authorship.

•You may not sell or give away the collection or individual sounds. (except as used within your creative project)

•You may not disclose access codes or links used in accessing any collection to any other party.

•You may not transfer, assign, share, or sub-lease the collection or individual sounds with any other party.

•You may not sell, license or sub-license the collection or individual sounds to any other party.

•Except for the rights granted by this agreement, the original copyright in these sounds remains with Gumption Audio and David Downes.
